WHAT IS THE PROJECT ABOUT?
My "Virgin Nature Project" is to discover, explore and document virgin nature. I started the exploration in Peru and will continue with Ecuador, Colombia and Costa Rica.
WHAT IS THE VIRGIN NATURE?
Virgin natural places preserve their natural characteristics, they are difficult to access, without human activity, without records or documentation, few or no one knows of their existence; Unspoiled natural places can also be places where natural phenomena occur that few or no one knows about. WHAT IS THE DURATION AND BUDGET?
Budget: The project has a budget of 93,750.00 USD, to view the detail of the budget click BUDGET.
Duration: The budget duration of 93,750.00 USD is 42 months, but if you did not manage to obtain that budget, the execution time will vary. The execution time that I have at my disposal is to carry it out throughout my life in parallel to work and with my income to be able to invest in the project, but if I obtained the 93,750.00 USD I dedicate myself exclusively to the project for 42 months.
WHY ARE THE VIRGIN NATURE IMPORTANT?
During childhood, the human being is happy-sad, free-dependent, dreamer-realistic, authentic-actor and fighter-obedient, in its maximum expression, allowing it to reach its purest state, regardless of his age, money, status and circumstances. I have called this the "Childhood Graphic", which is represented in Fig. 1 and in the following examples:
- When a child is injured, he cries intensely regardless of the place and the people around him.
- When a child has a dream, he looks for the available resources and realizes his dream, without asking anyone's permission and tells his dream to everyone.
During the life of a human being in a natural environment, the Childhood Graphic should have small variations, as shown in Fig 2.
During the life of a human being in an artificial environment, the Childhood Graphic has great variations, as shown in Fig. 3 and in the following examples:
- When an adult is sad because of the death of a loved one or similar situations, before other people he acts as if he is well, hiding his sadness.
- When an adult has a dream, he does not have the guts to tell the world, he thinks there are many obstacles and is afraid to make it happen.
In Fig. 4 an adult person is represented who lives in the city (artificial environment) and who travels to a natural environment. The natural environment allows you to repeat the Childhood Graphic.
In short, the human being arrives at his purest state when he is happy-sad, free-dependent, dreamer-realistic, authentic-actor and fighter-obedient, at its maximum expression. The purest state of a human being is represented through the "Childhood Graphic", which is present in the first years of life and disappears when the human being grows in an artificial environment (city).
In the virgin nature, the human being can repeat he "Childhood Graphic" enjoying intense experiences.
You can ask yourself these questions:
- When you are sad, depressed, stressed, with many unanswered questions, you feel empty, etc. Why do you need to travel to natural spaces?
- When you look at photos or videos of natural spaces, why do you feel nostalgia and an intense desire to be there?
The answer is that you have lost your "Childhood Graphic" and want to feel it again.
HOW DID I DISCOVER THE FIRST VIRGIN NATURAL PLACE?
On November 14, 2013 I made an 18-hour trip by car, then 5 hours on horseback and finally 5 hours on foot (with the help of a local person), reaching mountains in their natural state, without human alteration, unknown to humanity and difficult to access. When I returned to the city, using geographic information systems, I found in Peru more natural places with the same characteristics and I called them "virgin nature" or "virgin natural places". Since then I have been passionate about exploring these places.
